Our extensive research inspired new POP designs to engage and inform Fitbit customers
We commissioned an extensive pan-European research study to look at how shoppers interacted with Fitbit POP. We discovered that, more than anything, they wanted to see the products; to touch them, feel them and try them on. The products are worn 24/7, a style statement that’s always visible. So, getting a sense of what they look like on, is an important pre-purchase consideration.
Working with specialist suppliers, we designed and built custom-made fixtures and bespoke POP that allowed live products to be displayed for the first time, giving shoppers a much more interactive experience. We simplified product categorisation and used lifestyle imagery to help shoppers navigate the tracker and smartwatch product range and find the Fitbit that was the perfect fit.
