Today’s shoppers are unrecognisable compared to those of even a few years ago. Digital hasn’t just changed where people shop, it’s changed how they shop, with increasing numbers using mobile as a discovery and purchase channel. Yet despite this, retailers have been slow to embrace the new shopper journey, remaining focussed on traditional print and leafleting.
Facebook commissioned us to write a Thought Leadership piece that their sales teams could present to senior stakeholders within leading EMEA retailers. Drawing on our extensive retail and FMCG heritage, we were able to build a comprehensive and influential strategic paper that showcased how incorporating Facebook in their media mix could dramatically improve campaign KPI’s.
